great price and very straight forward…
great price and very straight forward ordering process.however when choosing the delivery times that suited me and was acknowledged by the email reciept.i was shocked to get a text message at 21.50 pm telling me my delivery was the next day ..a week earlier than i had requested.but it did arrive within the time frame they told me . just as well i have a good neighbour who sat in my house as i was at work ..!!

Initially the advertised price, which included free delivery according to RGB’s own website was competitive. When I purchased and paid online, again on RGB’s own website, I was automatically charged £9.99 for standard delivery. Disappointed with this as the price was then the same as other sites who were upfront about delivery costs.

The smaller retailer wins !
I was very happy with my decision to buy from RGB Direct.
I originally saw the item in curry’s and asked them to price match…. They looked into it and came up with some excuse why they couldn’t match it?? I am over the moon that they wouldn’t match it.
RGB Direct wins ! And so they should it’s a massive win for the smaller company, I would definitely use again also I would look here first!

Had great 1st hand customer service with sale Rep Veejay he answered all my questions and when I brought the wrong policy insurance he refused me the full amount no questions asked .. Will definitely recommend plus I saved over £1000. Pounds where other were selling my TV much more when I compared the prices . Veejay also pointed out and problem I can always come back to him. Thank you very much Veejay ?

Awaiting collection and new TV
I ordered an LG TV from RGB but unfortunately it came in the wrong size, my fault so I'll take accountability for that. So I contacted and I was passed from one department to another. So in the end I spoke to a chap called abs who explained pay £58 pound and we can collect and also included is a 10%. So I took his details and called back on the Saturday but was told not open. So when Monday I arrived called paid and that was it. As the week went by I called RGB and spoke with a chap At 14:54 (Thursday 30th June) that informed will be collected and a text from panther would be received in the evening. I waited but nothing. I have called panther today who confirmed no pick up in place!!
I have taken the day off work under the impression the tv is getting collected for me to then call in and pay for the next model up as agreed.
I have emailed and called and want this issue resolved soon please. All calls are recorded and emails have been sent.
